Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded, unless statutory law provides otherwise.

Special statutory rules may apply to digital services or digital content, especially if you expressly agree that performance begins before the end of the withdrawal period and confirm your knowledge that your right of withdrawal may expire under the statutory conditions.

Premium subscription and cancellation

A Premium subscription can be cancelled through the FitPrepster cancellation flow in the app independently of the statutory right of withdrawal. The Stripe customer portal is also used to manage payment details and invoices and may show additional subscription options depending on the active Stripe setup. Cancellation ends future billing according to the terms shown during checkout. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

To exercise a right of withdrawal, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be sent to the following address:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, services already received must be returned. If you requested that the service should begin during the withdrawal period, an appropriate amount may be owed for services already provided where this is provided for by law.
